Our History
Originally founded in 1987, United Development Realty, known then as United Development and Management Services, Inc., got its start as a construction and property management company.
Licensed Contractor
We’ve worked with the State of Maryland, Baltimore City, and various non-profit groups to construct housing units for the homeless.
Residential and Commercial Development
We’ve managed subcontractors, met with inspectors, and worked with The Commission for Historical and Architectural Preservation (CHAP) to approve urban renovation projects. Over the years, we’ve assisted clients on projects in several different jurisdictions to successfully complete the required zoning approval process needed.
Property Management
Our property management services include managing residential, multi-family, and commercial, as well as private and public residential properties.
Consulting
Our consulting services include construction, investment property analysis, leasing vs purchasing analysis, space layout, planned and developing business technology, warehouse management, business IT planning, and software development.

In 2006, we began brokerage activities, including leasing, selling, and buying properties for medical professionals, business owners, and non-profit organizations.
